Beneficiaries of the Kosofe Federal Constituency Mega Empowerment Programme by Hon. Kafilat Adetola Ogbara have expressed widespread appreciation for the initiative, describing it as life-changing and impactful. They noted that the support will significantly improve livelihoods, strengthen small businesses, and enhance economic opportunities across the constituency.

Speaking during the programme, Mr. Yusuf Taiwo, a resident of Obanta, Mile 12, who received a tricycle (Keke Marwa), described the empowerment as a huge opportunity.

He said the tricycle would enable him to generate daily income, cater more effectively for his family, and restore hope by strengthening his means of livelihood.

Also expressing gratitude, Mrs. Funmilayo Olanrewaju, Special Adviser on Special Affairs to the MHR and a resident of Ikosi–Isheri, who received a Toyota Prado, commended Hon. Ogbara for the initiative, noting that the empowerment reflects thoughtful leadership and a strong commitment to supporting stakeholders contributing to constituency development.

Similarly, the Magodo Residents Association, which received a mini bus, applauded the lawmaker for the intervention, stating that the vehicle would enhance community mobility, support collective activities, and serve as a sustainable asset for residents.

Speaking on behalf of students, Comrade Temitope Bamidele, President of the Greater Kosofe Students’ Union, appreciated Hon. Ogbara for her unconditional support and love for students in the constituency.

He noted that the laptops distributed would be used strictly for academic purposes, emphasizing that 21st-century education requires access to modern learning tools to enhance academic performance.

The beneficiaries collectively applauded Hon. Kafilat Adetola Ogbara for her people-oriented leadership and commitment to inclusive development, describing the Mega Empowerment Programme as a testament to responsive representation and sustainable empowerment in Kosofe Federal Constituency.
