The Anwar-Ul-Islam Youth Association of Nigeria (AYAN) held its 46th Annual Youth Camp and Conference in Ile-Ogbo, Osun State, bringing together youths from different parts of the country for a programme focused on empowerment, spirituality, and leadership development.

The Day One lecture was delivered by Alhaji Shaafi Abolore Muhammadul Awwal, the Grand Chief Imam of the Ile-Ogbo Kingdom, who spoke on the theme “Transforming Hustling into Hope: Unlocking Youth Potential for a Prosperous Future.”

He urged participants to embrace education, discipline, and strong moral values as essential tools for personal growth and societal advancement.

On Day Two, the conference featured a lecture by Alhaji Isiaq Usaefat Kehinde, Chief Imam of The Wings Schools Central Mosque, who spoke on the topic “Transforming from Hustling to Hope.” His address highlighted faith, hard work, and strategic thinking as pathways for youths to overcome challenges and contribute meaningfully to national development.

In addition to the lecture sessions, the camp featured several spiritually enriching and intellectually engaging activities, including special prayer sessions, football competitions, Qur’an recitation and memorization contests, quiz competitions, and Islamic lectures.

Participants also attended lectures on tax reformation, aimed at improving civic consciousness and responsible citizenship among youths.

Other activities included single and married sessions, which addressed family values and personal responsibility, as well as award and gift presentations to recognize outstanding participants and encourage excellence.

These programmes promoted unity, healthy competition, and moral consciousness among attendees.
The conference was coordinated by the National Conference Committee, chaired by Bro. Habeeb Olaniyan, with Imam Misbaudeen Arun Elewi serving as Camp Imam, alongside other committee members who ensured effective planning and execution of the programme.
The event was hosted by Bro. AbdulBarry Hashim, the Chief Host, with the support of the Osun State chapter of the association, which handled local coordination and logistics.

At the conclusion of the conference, the leadership of the Anwar-Ul-Islam Youth Association of Nigeria reiterated its commitment to youth development, moral upbringing, and nation-building, expressing optimism that the programme would continue to positively shape the lives of young Nigerians.
