
Dr. Adeola Banjọ Immediate Past Chairman Ikorodu North LCDA, paid a courtesy visit to former Colleagues; Hon. Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju, Executive Chairman of Ikorodu West Local Council Development Area (LCDA), and Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba, Executive Chairman of Ijede LCDA.
The visit, marked by warmth and mutual respect, featured the presentation of a commemorative frame titled “Towards a Legacy of Peace, Prosperity, and Hope for All.”
During the event, Dr. Banjo delivered an inspiring address that emphasized leadership as a sacred responsibility grounded in humility, compassion, and selfless service.
He stated that leadership should not be viewed as a pursuit of power but as an opportunity to make lasting contributions to the lives of others.
He commended the chairmen for their commitment to good governance, community empowerment, and grassroots development.
He encouraged them to continue leading with integrity and sincerity, describing every act of service as an expression of love and dedication to humanity.
Dr. Banjo also prayed for divine guidance, wisdom, and renewed strength for the leaders, expressing hope that their efforts would continue to bring unity, peace, and progress to their communities. The presentation of the symbolic frame served as a reminder that true leadership extends beyond office and is defined by the positive impact made on people’s lives.
Hon. Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju expressed appreciation for Dr. Banjo’s visit, describing him as a long-standing friend and mentor whose exemplary leadership continues to inspire many.
