The Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA) has successfully concluded a three-day intensive workshop on Digital Presentation and Communication Mastery for its management staff and selected officers.

The capacity-building programme was designed to equip participants with modern digital tools and techniques for creating and delivering professional-grade presentations, enhancing both internal communication and external stakeholder engagement.

Declaring the workshop open, the Executive Chairman of Lekki LCDA, Engr. Rasak Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), underscored the importance of digital literacy in public service. He noted that effective governance in the 21st century requires constant adaptation to global best practices.

“Public service must continue to evolve with global standards to ensure better service delivery and effective communication with the people,” Kasali stated.



Participants lauded the initiative, describing the training as insightful and professionally enriching. They expressed appreciation to the Executive Chairman for his continued commitment to staff development and innovation-driven governance.
