The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), on Monday, October 27th, received Dr. Lasisi Idris Temidayo and his mother on a courtesy visit to express their heartfelt appreciation for the Chairman’s educational support and scholarship assistance.

Dr. Lasisi, an indigene of Osoroko Town in Lekki LCDA, recently completed his medical training at the Lagos State University College of Medicine (LASUCOM) after successfully passing his final professional examinations. He described the scholarship awarded by the council as a “life-changing opportunity” that eased his academic journey and enabled him to focus on achieving his lifelong dream of becoming a medical doctor.

In his remarks, Engr. Kasali congratulated the young doctor on his remarkable achievement, commending his perseverance and commitment to excellence. The Chairman urged him to remain humble, compassionate, and dedicated to the service of humanity, emphasizing the council’s continued commitment to youth empowerment and educational development within the community.

He also reaffirmed that the administration would sustain its scholarship and educational support initiatives to nurture more success stories like Dr. Lasisi’s across Lekki LCDA.
