
In celebration of Seyi Tinubu’s 40th birthday, Prince Abdul-Lateef Adedayo Ladega, the Executive Chairman Ikorodu Local Government, led a delegation to the Child Life-Line Orphanage Home in Ibeshe, Ikorodu, on Monday, 13 of October, where they donated essential food items and beverages to children at the facility. The visit brought warmth and joy to the children, reflecting a gesture of compassion and community support.
During the outreach, Prince Ladega paid glowing tribute to Seyi Tinubu, describing him as “a true leader of vision, resilience, and purpose.” He went on to highlight Tinubu’s remarkable dedication to philanthropy and personal commitment to uplifting others.
“Seyi Tinubu is a builder of people. He is deeply passionate about empowering young Nigerians, supporting the less privileged, and giving back in ways that make real impact,” the chairman said. “His quiet yet consistent acts of kindness, particularly toward orphans and vulnerable youth, reflect the heart of a man who genuinely cares about people. We are ardent admirers of Seyi Tinubu. Today, we celebrate not just his 40th birthday, but a life that continues to inspire and transform others.”
As part of the visit, Prince Ladega, on behalf of Seyi Tinubu, also announced the donation of several tippers of sand to support the rehabilitation of the access road leading to the orphanage.
Accompanying the chairman were the council’s vice chairman, Hon. Babawale Bisiriyu Alogba; council leader, Hon. Wasiu Shotomiwa Babatunde; and other local government officials.
Earlier, Mrs. Yemi Aileru, Programmes Manager of Child Life-Line, expressed heartfelt appreciation to the team for choosing to mark the special occasion with the children.
She spoke on the foundation’s mission, which focuses on rescuing homeless and street-dwelling children, reuniting them with families, and reintegrating them into society through education and skills development.
