The Executive Chairman of Lekki Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Engr. Rasaki Bamidele Kasali (MNSE, MNATE), has charged youths in the community to leverage their digital skills for success. This charge was made today, September 17, 2025, at the ICT Centre of Lekki LCDA, as the Chairman presented certificates of completion to youths who successfully concluded the second phase of the Microsoft Excel training program.

The training, which focused on building digital capacity, equipped participants with practical skills in data management and analysis using Excel. The Chairman encouraged the youths to apply the knowledge gained in productive ways, emphasizing the importance of digital skills in today’s world. This initiative is part of the LCDA’s ongoing capacity-building programs aimed at empowering both staff and youths with digital skills that will enhance their competitiveness.
