…An Initiative to Prepare Students for Academic Excellence

The Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) is set to commence the second edition of its Summer Coaching Programme for Senior Secondary School students in SS2 and SS3 across the LCDA.
Spearheaded and sponsored by the Executive Chairman, Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, this impactful initiative is designed to provide intensive academic support and revision for students preparing for their final secondary school examinations.
The coaching programme runs from Monday, August 4th to Friday, September 5th, 2025, across four designated centers, operating daily from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
Designated Coaching Centers:
• Center One: L.G. Primary School, Agbowa-Ikosi
• Center Two: RCM Primary School, Itoikin
• Center Three: RCM Primary School, Ketu
• Center Four: Temu Community Junior High School
Subject Timetable (10:00 am – 12:00 pm Daily):
• Monday: English Language / Mathematics
• Tuesday: Biology / Economics
• Wednesday: Physics / Commerce / Government
• Thursday: Mathematics / English Language
• Friday: Chemistry / Accounting / Literature-in-English
The Summer Coaching 2.0 program underscores the administration’s commitment to education as a tool for empowerment and development. By equipping students with foundational academic support, the council aims to improve performance in external exams and instill confidence in future leaders.
