A massive turnout of supporters and residents filled the Ikorodu Town Hall on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, as Rep. Babajimi Benson brought the grand finale of the APC mega rally to a crescendo. The event featured captivating performances by the Fuji maestro, Alhaji Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as K1, thrilling the audience with his melodious music.

The rally showcased the APC’s chairmanship candidates, including Prince Adedayo Ladega for Ikorodu Local Government, Hon. Motunrayo Gbadebo-Alogba seeking reelection for Ijede LCDA, Hon. Ameen Olawale Apanishile for Ikorodu North LCDA, Hon. Sulaimon Kazeem Olanrewaju seeking reelection for Ikorodu West LCDA, Hon. Hammed Aroyewun APC Chairmanship candidate Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA and Hon. Sunday Benson for Imota LCDA. Their running mates and APC councillorship candidates were also presented to the residents, taking turns on the dance floor.
