
The Digital Growth Accelerator program, organized by the National Youth Council of Nigeria in collaboration with a German enterprise, GIZ, has come to an end after a month-long training session. The program, which focused on ICT and data analysis, was designed to empower the youth of Lagos East with digital skills.
On the day of the graduation ceremony, 1st of July participants were awarded certificates for their successful completion of the program. Builder Olusesan Daini, Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, was in attendance and presented five laptops to outstanding participants to boost their learning and enhance their digital capabilities.
In his advice to the participants, Builder Olusesan Daini urged them to utilize the skills they have acquired to drive innovation and development in their communities. He emphasized the importance of staying focused and committed to their goals, and encouraged them to use their newfound knowledge to create positive impact in society.
The Executive Chairman also charged the participants to be ambassadors of digital literacy in their respective communities, and to share their knowledge with others to promote a digitally empowered society. He expressed his delight in being part of the program and commended the National Youth Council of Nigeria and GIZ for their efforts in empowering the youth with digital skills.
