In commemoration of World Health Day and World Malaria Day, Ikorodu Diamond Leo Club donated diapers, baby wipes, mosquito nets, and bedsheets to nursing mothers, expectant mothers, and the Igbogbo Primary Health Centre on 24th of April, the donation was sponsored by Hon. Abolore Saka.

Similarly, On Monday April 25th, 2025, the club made another donation of 40 sachets of malaria drugs, exercise books, and a pack of biro to the health centre, courtesy of Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited.

The President of Ikorodu Diamond Leo Club, Leo Abdulrahaman Ajasa, expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Hon. Abolore Saka for his sponsorship and Greenlife Pharmaceuticals Limited for their generous contribution. He also appreciated Builder Olusesan Daini, Chairman Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA for his approval, the Leos and volunteers for their tireless efforts and the Igbogbo Primary Health Centre for their warm welcome.

Nursing mothers and expectant mothers appreciated the club’s thoughtfulness and prayed for the continued success of the sponsors.

The health centre’s leadership also commended the club for deeming it fit to make such generous donations, which will go a long way in supporting their efforts to provide quality healthcare services to the community.
