… Diamond Estate Honours Princess Samiat Bada for her sterling achievement in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA

As part of the 7 projects landmarked on day 2 of the Projects Commissioning week, On Tuesday, 15th of April three roads were delivered and commissioned namely Kayode Falowo Street in Diamond Estate, Adenike Ogunye Street in Magodo Phase II, and Mutairu Street. Additionally, the Shangisha/Magodo Health Centre was renovated and delivered for public use.

In her address, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA expressed gratitude to the community and stakeholders for their support, highlighting the importance of collaboration in achieving development goals.

The Mayoress reiterated her commitment to serving the people and delivering tangible results, saying, “If given the opportunity to serve again, I remain committed to doing even more—with humility, dedication, and the interest of our people at heart.” She concluded by thanking the commissioners, her team, the political class, civil servants, party faithfuls, and stakeholders for their support.

During the commissioning Kayode Falowo Street, Lagos State Commissioner for Waterfront Infrastructure Development, Hon. Ekundayo “Dayo Bush” Alebiosu commended the Mayoress for her dedication to improving the lives of residents.

He said well done Mayoress for delivering projects in the local government and our constituency, noting that the community is proud of her efforts. He expressed hope that many more projects would be unveiled successfully.

Lagos State Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, Hon. Bolaji Kayode Robert, has commended the leadership of Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, for her commitment to developing the community.

During the commissioning of Mutairu Street in Shangisha, Commissioner Robert described the project as a testament to Princess Bada’s efforts in improving the lives of residents and stakeholders in the LCDA.

The Diamond Estate Residents Association honoured Princess Samiat Bada, Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, for her sterling achievements and remarkable commitment to the welfare of the people.
