Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri Local Council Development Area, transformed the face of the LCDA’s area office at Isheri with the commissioning of the newly built complex. The state-of-the-art facility features modern offices and a hall named in honor of Hon. Kunle Soname Multipurpose Hall, a former chairman of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA. Additionally the Hon. Afolabi Kazeem Shopping Complex in Isheri in honour of the Former ExecutiveSecretary of the LCDA, a development aimed at bolstering economic growth in the community.

Deputy Chairman Moshood Mayegun, representing APC State Chairman Pastor Cornelius Ojelabi, praised the Mayoress, saying she has done wonderfully well. He mentioned that this isn’t her first project, and she’s been inviting the party to join in commissioning projects.

He highlighted a notable example where the community Leader a 97-year-old man, who had seen the area develop over 40 years, expressed joy over the transformation. High Chief Bankole Baale said when they got this space it was established as a health center, then a women center before it eventually became the Area Office of the Council.
