The Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Otunba-Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, has presented a patrol bike to the Gbalule Local Security Taskforce to strengthen local security and combat electricity cable vandalism.

The patrol bike was donated by Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Olusola Sanwo-Olu, through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, as part of a broader initiative to support grassroots security architecture and protect public infrastructure.

During the presentation ceremony, Akogun Anomo expressed gratitude to Governor Sanwo-Olu for his timely intervention and continuous support to local governments across the state. He also commended Honourable Commissioner for Energy and Mineral Resources, Engr. Olowu Abiola Okanlawon, for his proactive approach and collaboration with the Council.

The Commander of Gbalule, Mr. Raji Smart, thanked Chairman Anomo for his unwavering support and sustained funding of the local security initiative. He assured that the taskforce would continue to work towards ensuring a safer environment, leveraging the added logistics support to enhance mobility and efficiency.
