Hon. Phillips Olubunmi Emmanuel, Councillor representing Ward F1 and Deputy Majority Leader, Surulere Local Government, congratulates ACP Saheed Olayinka Egbeyemi on his well-deserved promotion to Assistant Commissioner of Police.

ACP Egbeyemi’s promotion was formally decorated by Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG) Fayoade Adegoke Mustapha on March 27, 2025. Hon. Emmanuel praised ACP Egbeyemi’s hard work and dedication over the years, stating that his promotion is a testament to his unwavering commitment to serving the community.

“ACP Egbeyemi’s elevation is a well-deserved recognition of his tireless efforts, perseverance, and leadership excellence. His dedication to upholding law and order, as well as his contributions to strengthening security across Lagos and Ogun States, have not gone unnoticed,” Hon. Emmanuel said.

ACP Egbeyemi has been assigned to lead the Operations Department of the Zone 2 Command, effective immediately. His new role will further cement his position in reinforcing security and maintaining peace in the region.
