In commitment to the Renewed Hope Agenda, Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire Senior Special Assistant to the President in SDGs commissioned a 20-bedded healthcare facility in Oreta, in Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, further demonstrating the led Government of President Tinubu dedication to enhancing healthcare delivery and improving the lives of citizens.

Princess Adejoke Orelope-Adefulire was overjoyed at the completion of the healthcare facility, highlighting its crucial role in enhancing healthcare services for mothers, children, and the entire community. She noted that the facility demonstrates the government’s commitment to improving citizens’ health and well-being, serving as a cornerstone for accessible and quality healthcare in Oreta.

Looking to the future, Princess Orelope-Adefulire announced plans to expand the facility, adding key units such as Immunization, Antenatal, Gynecology, and Postnatal care, as well as Doctors’ Quarters. She also pledged to construct a security house and upgrade the perimeter fence to ensure improved safety and functionality.

Furthermore, Princess Orelope-Adefulire urged the community to remain patient and continue praying for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, assuring them that positive changes are on the horizon in 2025. She emphasized that current challenges are temporary, and the government’s efforts will soon yield tangible benefits for all citizens ¹.

Builder Olusesan Daini, Executive Chairman of Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA, applauded the efforts of the All Progressives Congress (APC) and the Federal Government led by President Tinubu for the newly built 20-bedded health center in Oreta. The facility, which will serve over 23 Community Development Areas (CDAs) and 6-7 communities, including Oreta, Lajo, among others, is a testament to the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Tinubu.

Builder Olusesan Daini acknowledged Prince Adesegun Ogunlewe, the principal facilitator of the project, for his efforts in making the health center a reality. Builder Olusesan Daini also commended President Tinubu’s commitment to grassroots development and civic delivery.

Builder Olusesan Daini emphasized that the health center is expected to provide quality healthcare services to the community, particularly children. During the commissioning, over 100 children were registered for humanization, with some already due for vaccination. Builder Olusesan Daini noted that the facility’s impact is expected to be significant, solving problems and saving lives.

He expressed gratitude to Princess Adejoke Orelope on behalf of the people of Oreta and Igbogbo-Baiyeku LCDA.

Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun expressed his heartfelt gratitude to Princess Orelope-Adefulire for the newly inaugurated health facility in Oreta, noting that it will greatly benefit nursing mothers and children in the community.

Hon. Aro Moshood Abiodun, member representing Ikorodu Constituency 2 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, praised the government’s efforts, saying it demonstrates their commitment to meeting the needs of the community. He appreciated Princess Orelope Adefulire for always delivering her assignment dilligently.

Hon. Abiodun also expressed gratitude to Builder Olusesan Daini,  Area, for his support in making the project a reality. The health center, according to Hon. Abiodun, represents hope, better healthcare, and a brighter future for the people of Oreta and surrounding communities.

Additionally, he acknowledged the efforts of Asiwaju Olorunfunmi Basorun, who facilitated a 40-bed facility to complement the new health center. He urged the community to be security conscious and take care of the facility until official security arrangements are put in place.

Dr. Lajide, Permanent Secretary, Lagos Health District 2, thanked Princess Orelope-Adefulire for her selfless commitment to providing facilities to the health sector, citing the newly inaugurated health facility in Oreta as a testament to her dedication.

Hon. Adebimpe Akinshola has commended Princess Orelope-Adefulire for her outstanding contributions to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and provision of facilities to various communities, including the newly inaugurated health facility in Oreta.
