The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency, LASEPA has announced the postponement of its planned Stakeholders’ engagement with Religious Organizations, Hospitality Sector and the Entertainment Industry scheduled for Thursday, November, 28, 2024 at the Adeyemi Bero Auditorium, Alausa Ikeja, Lagos.

The Postponement according to a statement released by the agency and personally signed by its General Manager, Dr Tunde Ajayi is due to another State function involving LASEPA and other agencies of government directed by the State government

Dr Ajayi in the statement regretted any inconveniences that the postponement may have caused the stakeholders to the event and the general Public.
The statement reads in part:
‘’The Lagos State Environmental Protection Agency (LASEPA) regrets to announce the postponement of its Stakeholders’ Workshop with Religious Organization, hospitality and the Entertainment Industry scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, November 28, 2024at Adeyemi Bero Auditorium , the Secretariat, Alausa, Ikeja, Lagos.


‘’ The Postponement is due to another State Function involving LASEPA along with other Agencies of government to be held the same day in the Public interest. The Statement stated further that the
‘’ General Manager, Dr Tunde Ajayi regrets any inconveniences this may have caused our invited stakeholders and the general public, nothing that the agency would not relent in implementing government reform policies geared towards a cleaner, safer, noiseless and sustainable environment that will be the pride of all’’

The General Manager assured that the new date for the event would be communicated to the public through its various social media platforms as well as the traditional media. He thanked all the Stakeholders to the Workshop and the general Public for their support and belief in the ongoing reforms of the Environment Sector of the Six – Pillar Development Agenda of the Governor Sanwo- Olu led administration in the State.
