
The Stakeholders meeting on Year 2025 budget proposal held today at the Ibeju-Lekki Local Government Council Secretariat, Igando-Oloja as stakeholders from all sectors and walks of life were in attendance to also participate in the decision making process of budget formulation.
Welcoming the guests, the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Hon. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa intimated the audience on the activities of Government which stands on the four key agenda of Infrastructural Development, Social Development and Security, Local Economy and Environmental Sustainablity. While rendering a good account of his administration’s stewardship in the last one year, the Council boss gave insights into the various sectors touched which borders on Health, Infrastructure, Education, Agriculture, Environment and so on which has touched the generality of the citizens, positively.
Various Stakeholders who attended the stakeholders meeting also made inputs by raising concerns sharing matters of public urgent importance. Hon. Olowa, who was attentive while all such concerns were raised, assured the gathering that his administration will take a look into all issues raised as that will be adequately looked into, at the budget retreat coming up next week.
