
Supervisors and Council Manager of Ikorodu North Local Council Development Area (LCDA) recently participated at the Management and Leadership Development training program at the Regional Centre for Training and Development in South Africa.
The training focused on identifying skill gaps in various sectors and providing relevant training for public and private organizations, agencies, NGOs, CBOs, and corporate bodies. The program aimed to address current human capital needs and anticipate future demands.
