Hon. Rasak Ajala, Executive Chairman of Odiolowo/Ojuwoye LCDA, has advised youths to appreciate the Government’s efforts in supporting their academic pursuits. Speaking at the presentation of free GCE forms to students in the LCDA, Ajala encouraged them not to condemn the country and its leaders on social media but rather to pray for them and the nation.

The chairman explained that the free GCE forms were not given without a rigorous process, including a qualifying examination to ensure the integrity of the process.

He noted that 80% of beneficiaries were selected through this process, while 20% were allocated to stakeholders within the LCDA.

Ajala expressed optimism about achieving a 90% success rate, citing the example of a candidate who scored 28 out of 30 in the qualifying exam. Ajala assured beneficiaries that they would receive free JAMB forms if they passed their GCE and further promised a bursary scheme if they passed JAMB and gained admission into a higher institution.

The Chairman emphasized that Nigeria needs encouragement and freedom, not condemnation, to continue working for the benefit of all. He appealed to the youths to be passionately happy, appreciate their country, and pray for its leaders, trusting that their prayers would come to fruition.

Hon. Kadri Faiz, Supervisor for Education Odiolowo Ojuwoye LCDA, applauded the Chairman, for his unwavering commitment to the welfare of students and Education at large. Ajenifuja acknowledged the Chairman’s consistent efforts to support students’ academic pursuits, demonstrating a genuine love for their well-being and success.

Ajenifuja seized the opportunity to urge students to reciprocate the Chairman’s kindness by becoming exemplary ambassadors of the Local Government. He encouraged them to excel in their examinations, making their community proud and justifying the Chairman’s investment in their future.

Hon. Adeyemi Alliu, Chairman of the Parent Forum, District 6, showered encomium on Hon. Rasak Ajala for his outstanding contributions to education since assuming office. Alliu acknowledged the significant strides made in the education sector under Ajala’s leadership, describing them as nothing short of remarkable.

To commemorate Ajala’s dedication and commitment, the Parent Forum presented him with a Letter of Appreciation and a Recognition Award. Alliu emphasized the importance of hard work and diligence, urging beneficiaries of Ajala’s initiatives to study diligently to achieve success in their examinations.

Gideon, one of the recipients expressed heartfelt appreciation to the Chairman for the opportunity bestowed upon him. With a deep sense of gratitude, Gideon pledged to make the most of this chance, promising not to take it for granted.

Determined to justify the Chairman’s investment in his future, Gideon vowed to study diligently and work tirelessly to achieve academic success.
