Honorable Bonu Solomon, Representative of Badagry Constituency 1 in the Lagos State House of Assembly, paid a courtesy visit, and distributed Food Palliatives to the esteemed Mifon Social Club of Kweme On Saturday, August 3rd, 2024. The event was graced by distinguished community leaders and royal dignitaries.

Honorable Solomon expressed his appreciation for the association’s support during the elections and their efforts in maintaining peace in the community.

He stressed the importance of continued harmony in Badagry West and engaged in discussions with the association on various issues, including concerns about multiple checkpoints. He pledged to address these concerns, prioritizing benefits for the youths of Kweme kingdom and Badagry West.

The President of the association, Mr. Mujeed Medetaji, welcomed Honorable Solomon and thanked him for the visit, describing it as a great honor to the association and the community.

During the visit, Honorable Solomon also distributed food palliatives provided by Governor Sanwo-Olu and made a cash donation to the youths, urging them to maintain peace and avoid participating in protests.

He also emphasized the importance of preserving the community’s heritage and monuments, encouraging the youths to take ownership of their cultural legacy.
