In a bid to enhance safety, security, and the overall quality of life for residents, the Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) is set to embark on a street lighting project under the leadership of Akogun Wale Raji Anomo.

According to reports, all necessary preparations have been completed to commence the project, with the pilot phase scheduled to start in Orugbo-Iddo, Ward G1. The successful implementation of the project in this area will pave the way for its expansion to other wards within the LCDA in due course.

The street lighting project is a significant initiative aimed at ensuring well-lit streets in the LCDA, thereby reducing crime and improving the overall living conditions for residents.
