Leo District 404A3 Nigeria commissioned its core project, a security post at UAMC Eleja Primary School, Igbogbo, Ikorodu for the 2023/2024 Lions Service year. This milestone marks a significant achievement under the leadership of the Pioneer District President, Leo Omolara Faniyi.

In her address, Leo Omolara Faniyi revealed that the project was born out of her passion for giving back to her community and a desire to leave a lasting legacy as she concludes her tenure as Pioneer District President. Initially, she had intended to build a toilet facility, but after consulting with the school leadership, they decided that a security post was a more pressing need to ensure the safety and well-being of the pupils.

Leo Omolara Faniyi emphasized that Leo District 404A3 Nigeria is committed to the welfare of its people and, through collective contributions, makes meaningful impacts like this security post. She urged the school leadership to take good care of the facility, as its maintenance will determine future support from the organization.

Lion Shakiru Balogun, the Pioneer District Governor 404A3 Nigeria, represented by Lion Tunji, highlighted that this project was not funded by the government or political entities but through the generosity of Leos, Lions, and individuals. He encouraged the school to maintain the security post well, as this would likely lead to future support and even better projects.

The school’s Head Teacher, Mrs Adeyemi expressed her profound gratitude to Leo Omolara Faniyi, Leo District 404A3 Nigeria, and all individuals involved in making the project a reality. She prayed that Almighty God continues to enrich their resources, enabling them to continue giving back to the community.
