
Senator Oluremi Tinubu, the First Lady of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, extended her heartfelt greetings to Muslim faithful across the nation on the occasion of Eid-el-Kabir.
In her statement, Senator Tinubu emphasized the significance of the celebration, reminding Nigerians of the importance of total submission to the will of Allah and the willingness to make sacrifices. She highlighted the values of obedience, dedication, and total trust in Allah, as exemplified by Prophet Ibrahim (ASW).
The First Lady encouraged Nigerians to embrace the message of sacrifice and faith, which is particularly relevant in these times. She expressed hope that Nigerians will keep faith and persevere, knowing that “at the end of any tunnel, there shall be light.”
Senator Tinubu also urged those who have been blessed by Allah to share their love and resources with their neighbors, particularly those who are less privileged. She pronounced Eid blessings on all Nigerians, praying that God will continue to guide and protect the nation.
