The National Youth Council of Nigeria, Ikorodu Division Coordinators led by Comr. Abdullateef Odusanya endorsed its division’s aspirants for the upcoming NYCN Lagos Chapter Congress. The endorsed candidates include Olafare Comfort Adunni vying for the position of Deputy State Coordinator, Asoro Abubakri Olatunji aspiring for Vice Chairman, Lagos East, Tayo Adebowale Lateef aspiring for State PRO, and Michael Ajayi aspiring for Assistant Secretary.

This endorsement signifies the division’s support and confidence in these candidates as they prepare to contest in the upcoming NYCN Lagos Chapter Congress. The unity and backing from the Ikorodu Division Coordinators are expected to bolster the aspirants’ campaigns and showcase the strength and solidarity within the division.

Comr. Abdullateef Odusanya, Coordinator of Coordinators for the National Youth Council of Nigeria Ikorodu Division, delivered a powerful speech emphasizing the unity and support within the division. He highlighted the division’s reputation for being a stronghold of unity, particularly evident during the Oba election and various programs.

He stated “We’re Giving them all Our 30 Votes to Identify with them as our Own”

He emphasized the accomplishments of Ikorodu division, including the most decorated retreat in Lagos State, showcase the strong relationships among the coordinators.

During his address, Odusanya stressed the importance of passing down this legacy to the next generation of youth coordinators. He acknowledged that while not all current coordinators would be running for Congress, many were preparing to entrust leadership roles to new youth coordinators.

The goal is to ensure that the values and strengths of the division continue to thrive and empower future leaders to surpass the achievements of the current generation.
