Senator Adetokunbo Mukhail Abiru, who represents Lagos East Senatorial District, received the prestigious Excellence Award at the annual Liaison Group of Eminent Persons of Ikorodu Division (EPID) ceremony.

Oba Abdulkabir Adewale Shotobi, the Ayangburen of Ikorodu Kingdom, commended Senator Abiru for his outstanding representation and performance in Ikorodu Division and Lagos East at large.

Senator Abiru was represented by his media aide, Mr. Enitan Olukotun, who expressed gratitude to the royal fathers and organizers for recognizing the Senator’s contributions to Lagos East. This acknowledgment will inspire Senator Abiru to continue his impactful work in the region.

Among the dignitaries present were Oba Ajibade Agoro, Ranodu of Imota, Adeboruwa of Igbogbo Kingdom, Oba Abdulsemiu Orimadegun Kasali, and Oba Olukayode David Raji, the Eweye of Isiwu.

The event also saw the attendance of prominent individuals from Ikorodu Division and across Lagos State.
