In a bid to empower women and provide them with valuable skills, Hon. Salau Rukayat Ajibike, Supervisor for Women Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, set to organise a two-day hands-on training program in Ikorodu West LCDA. The training, which is set to take place on May 21st and 22nd, will cover various essential skills such as oils, toilet wash, Dettol, liquid soap, hair shampoo, conditioner, oil perfumes, and anti-dandruff hair cream.

Hon. Salau Rukayat Ajibike expressed her excitement about the upcoming training, emphasizing the importance of equipping women with practical skills that can enhance their daily lives. This initiative aims to empower women in Ikorodu West LCDA, providing them with the tools they need for personal hygiene, cleaning, and beauty care.

The two-day training follows the success of previous skill development programs organized by Hon. Salau Rukayat Ajibike, bread baking and other pastries training that resulted in many participants finding employment or starting their own bakeries.
