Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, presented official vehicles to Royal Fathers and other Heads of Departments (HODs), Head of Units in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.

Princess Samiat Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, stated the royal fathers in the community, including the Onikosi of Ikosi, Oba Shangisha, and the Olofin Adimula of Mile 12 received the official vehicles today.

Mayoress also mentioned that the vehicles are not just for the royal fathers. Vehicles are also available for the management team, which includes the Head of Departments and units. This shows the LCDA’s commitment to ensuring smooth operations and effective Governance.

Princess Samiat Bada emphasized her dedication to the community by stating, “My heart is where my community is.” The LCDA has been actively working on various projects and programs to benefit the residents. In terms of infrastructure, they have been making significant progress. Just recently, they flagged off a new road construction project, which is a major step towards improving transportation and connectivity in the area.

Community engagement is also a top priority for Mayoress and her team. They have been actively involving the residents in decision-making processes and seeking their input. This approach ensures that the LCDA’s initiatives truly reflect the needs and aspirations of the community.

Mayoress expressed her gratitude to the community for their support and urged everyone to continue praying for their success. She specifically mentioned President Bola Tinubu, acknowledging his leadership and the positive impact he has had since taking office.

She recognized Governor Sanwo-Olu’s commitment to transparency and accountability. She highlighted that under his leadership, the Local Government allocation is being utilized solely for the development and welfare of the community.

Oba Alamu Oloyede, the Onikosi of Ikosi, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA for presenting him with an official vehicle. This gesture marks the first time in his 17-year reign that he has received such support from the local government.

The Onikosi of Ikosi extended his blessings to the Mayoress, praying that Almighty God would continue to guide and protect her in her endeavors. He emphasized his pride in her accomplishments and the positive impact she has made in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.

Oba Lawal Ajibola, the Paramount Ruler of Shangisha Magodo, also expressed his appreciation to Mayoress’s kind gesture. He commended her for consistently doing good for the people, and highlighted that her positive impact is evident in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.

Shofoluwa Olubunmi, the Human Resources Officer of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, expressed her gratitude to Mayoress for the kind gesture of providing her with an official vehicle. She shared her elation at receiving the vehicle, stating that it is a clear indication that the hard work and dedication of the employees in the Local Government are being appreciated.

Benson Oluremi, the Tourism Officer of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, expressed her joy and surprise at receiving a special recognition. Oluremi she expressed her gratitude to Princess Samiat Bada, for making this surprise possible.

Oluremi expressed her admiration for the Mayoress’s commitment to fulfilling her promises, highlighting that this unexpected recognition is a testament to the Mayoress’s dedication to the employees of the Local Government. She acknowledged that she never anticipated such a gesture and was truly touched by the recognition.
