The Eko Campus Fest is all set to take place on July 1-2, 2024, at the Lagos State University (LASU) Campus. This festival aims to highlight the vibrant atmosphere of campus festivals and celebrate the diverse cultural heritage of “Eko”, Lagos State. It’s a fantastic opportunity for students from different universities and cultures to come together and build cross-cultural connections.

GOALS & OBJECTIVES OF EKO CAMPUS FEST’
1. To promote the cultural heritage and custom of “EKO” Lagos State.

2. Eko Campus fest is aim to strengthen and promote cultural diversity among students in Lagos State Universities.

3. Eko Campus Fest provide students with the opportunity to showcase their talents. As students perform in front of live audiences, they experience a boost in their confidence levels.

4. Afford students the opportunities for cultural and aesthetic experiences through active participation in music to enhance their understanding and appreciation of arts, and foster interaction between music and the liberal arts.

5. Serve the university system of “Lagos State” and the Nigeria at large as an internationally recognized center for cutting-edge research in contemporary art-music through creative work in music technology, composition, and performance.

6. To Enrich the campus and the region through concerts and other public events to provide opportunities for traditional and contemporary musical expression by students, faculty, guest artists, and members of the community.
