The Ibeju Lekki Environmental Task Force took action against individuals who were caught illegally dumping waste on the Lekki-Epe Expressway at Abijo, Awoyaya, and Lakowe. A total of 21 people were apprehended and faced consequences for their actions.

Those who were fined paid the penalties, while others who couldn’t afford it had to perform community service. This serves as a strong message to discourage future offenders from engaging in such activities.
