Residents of Ikosi-Ejinrin Local Council Development Area (LCDA) are experiencing a moment of relief and gratitude as they receive financial assistance through the Monthly Conditional Cash Transfer Program offered by the Executive Chairman of the LCDA, Akogun Wale Raji Anomo, the initiative aims to support 3,000 residents in easing the burden of living expenses.

Selected from various segments of the community, including religious bodies, traditional rulers, market associations, CDA/CDC’s, ARTISANS etc. Beneficiaries gathered at designated centers to receive N10,000 each. This gesture has brought a ray of hope to many, including Olukunga Adebayo, a resident who expressed, “This #10,000 will go a long way for my family. I’m so grateful to the Chairman for thinking of us during these difficult times. It will help us to at least put food on the table.”

The MCCTI is one of several initiatives of the Akogun Wale Raji Anomo-led administration in Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA aimed at assisting residents in the face of rising costs. Chairman Anomo’s commitment to the well-being of the community has been evident, with strong leadership in implementing initiatives that directly benefit the people of Ikosi-Ejinrin.
