The 3rd edition of the Ramadan Football competition by the Owode Decent Gent in Ikorodu commenced on Saturday 16th of March, sponsored by Hon. Prince Eniola Adeyemi (Wake-Up) The competition will bring together different teams from Ikorodu Division.

The 3rd edition of the Ramadan Football competition in Ikorodu division commenced earlier today, Sponsored Hon. Eniola Adeyemi, also known as “Wake-Up,” This competition will together 16 teams from the local community.

The match was officially kicked off by Alhaji M.A Sulaimon, the Personal Assistant on Political Matters to Senator Tokunbo Abiru.

Last year’s edition of the Ramadan Football Competition, organized by the Owode Decent Gent, was a huge success with no chaos or issues.

Hon. Eniola Adeyemi (Wake-up) emphasized that the primary aim of the competition is to bring the youth together and create a friendly atmosphere to foster a sense of brotherhood and unity. He believes that by doing so, they can combat social vices and create a better community.

In his own words “I believe that by bringing the youth together and creating a friendly atmosphere, they can foster a sense of brotherhood and unity.”

Lastly He added “This competition is just one of many “Wake-Up” Projects to come, as he his dedicated and committed to making a positive impact in the community.
