Akogun Wale Anomo, the Executive Chairman of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA, commissioned a block of three classrooms fully equipped with Board and Furnitures at LG Primary School, Otta-Ikosi. Akogun Wale Anomo also distributed the Ikosi-Ejinrin complete school pack, which includes essential items such as school bags, exercise books, school sandals, and other educational materials. This is inline with his commitment on education to have a conductive learning environment for all pupils of Ikosi-Ejinrin LCDA.

During his speech, Akogun Wale Anomo emphasized that the new classrooms are not just about bricks and mortar. They symbolize the LCDA’s dedication to creating an environment where education thrives and every child has the opportunity to reach their full potential. It’s truly inspiring!

Since the inception of his administration, Akogun Wale Anomo said he has implemented various initiatives to enhance education in Ikosi-Ejinrin. One of these initiatives is the Ikosi-Ejinrin School Bus Shuttle, which provides safe transportation for students. This ensures that they can easily access quality education without any transportation barriers.

Additionally, the LCDA has distributed Ikosi-Ejinrin complete school packs to students, invested in teaching aids, and even provided brush-cutters. These efforts demonstrate their commitment to improving the learning experience and creating a conducive environment for students to thrive.

The administration also celebrated the achievements of Miss Sofiat Mohammed, the 2022 Lagos State Spelling Bee winner from Baptist Day Primary School, Agbowa. This recognition highlights the LCDA’s dedication to rewarding excellence and encouraging students to excel academically.

Oba Elias Adedapo Ijelu, the Olota of Otta-Ikosi Kingdom, expressed his gratitude towards the Chairman for the construction of the new classrooms. Additionally, Oba Adedapo Ijelu made a plea to LASUBEB to consider fencing the school for added security and protection.

Mr. Alliu Shittu, the Education Secretary of Epe Local Government, expressed his appreciation for the Chairman’s unwavering support and attentiveness to education matters. Commending the Chairman’s achievements in the field of education, Mr. Shittu mentioned the recent distribution of brush cutters, complete school packs, and lots more.
