In commemoration of the third anniversary of Laulat Memorial Foundation, led by Hon. (Prince) Olayiwola Oyedele Shotomiwa, the Founder and BOT Chairman of the foundation, the festivities at the UAMC Eleja Church in Igbogbo. The event was not only a commemoration of the foundation’s milestone but also an opportunity to recognized and honor notable individuals for their unwavering support.

During the celebration, Aremo Adesegun Ogunlewe was appointed as the life Patron of the foundation. His dedication and continuous support since its inception have been invaluable. Additionally, Rt. Reverend M.J. Toyi, Bishop of the UAMC Eleja Church in Igbogbo, was appointed as the Spiritual Father/Adviser.

The team also visited the Chief Imam, Alhaji Luqman AbdulRasaq the Missionary Ansar-udeen Society, Igbogbo, as he was appointed as Spiritual Father/Adviser.

Hon. (Prince) Olayiwola Oyedele Shotomiwa expressed his gratitude to the newly appointed individuals for their steadfast support and unwavering commitment to the foundation’s mission. He acknowledged their role as the backbone and strong support system within the community. The founder also took the opportunity to mention the previous year’s appointees, Mayor Deen Sanwo-Ola as the Technical Adviser, Chief Mrs. Olajumoke Benson as the Life Patroness, and Otunba Saheed Ibikunle as the Education Adviser.

According to Mr. Osikoya Oludare, the President of the foundation, their success is a result of the dedication and support of the community and their commitment to making a difference.

During the past three years, Laulat Memorial Foundation has undertaken numerous projects that have had a positive impact on the community. Their hard work and dedication caught the attention of the Adosh Family Future Awards, who recognized them as the Humanitarian of the Year during the last week of December.

Mr. Osikoya Oludare couldn’t help but expressed his gratitude towards Hon. (Prince) Olayiwola Oyedele Shotomiwa, the Founder and BOT Chairman of the foundation. He acknowledged his selfless contribution and the investment of his resources for the betterment of the community.

Of course, none of this would have been possible without the dedicated team members of Laulat Memorial Foundation: Mrs. Ibikunle Modupe Olajumoke the General Secretary, ⁠Mrs. Awokoya Bimbola Adenike the Financial Director, Mrs. S.B. Oludare-SHOTOMIWA the Founder’s wife, Adepeju Ogabiyi and Aina.

They have consistently shown up and worked tirelessly on every project, making a significant impact on the community. Mr. Osikoya Oludare expressed his deep appreciation for their commitment and hard work.

Looking ahead to 2024, Mr. Osikoya Oludare is optimistic about the future. He believes that with the continued support of the community, the foundation will be able to accomplish even more amazing things.
