… Residents of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA benefits from free health care program

In a show of love and admiration, the youths of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA came together to organize an appreciation walk in commemoration of Princess Samiat Bada’s 50th birthday. The appreciation walk was filled with excitement and joy, it was a heartfelt gesture to honor and celebrate the remarkable achievements of Princess Samiat Bada.
Free health care program was made available for the residents of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA at the council secretariat, this is in partnership with Ilera Eko.
The appreciation walk was led by Dr. Muritala Seriki APC Youth Leader, Hon. Damilare Orimoloye SSA to the Governor on Sports, APC Youths Ikosi-Isheri, NYCN Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, among others.
Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada, the Mayoress of Ikosi Isheri LCDA, expressed her overwhelming gratitude and surprise at the massive crowd that gathered for the Walk, Addressing the youths Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, she shared her astonishment and appreciation for their immense love and support.
The idea for the event originated from a collective effort of influential figures, including the state youth leader, the SSA to Mr. Governor on sport, the Local government youth leader, and the youth leader of the National Youth Council of Nigeria. Together, they organized a special walk to celebrate Princess Samiat’s 50th birthday.
Princess Samiat said she thought it would be a regular walk, but upon arriving at the Local government office to receive the participants, she was taken aback by the overwhelming turnout. The crowd, consisting of people from every corner of Ikosi Isheri, touched her deeply and reinforced her belief in the strong bond she shares with her community.
Princess Samiat has always been dedicated to involving the community in her endeavors, and the immense response from the youths during this event truly exemplified their appreciation for her efforts. Her motto, “my heart is where my community is,” reflects her commitment to the people she serves.
The event spanned multiple days, with the first day dedicated to a praise session. On the second day, the youths organized a walk in honor of the mayoress. Additionally, a medical team from the state’s healthcare initiative, Ilera Eko, was present to provide medical assistance. Tomorrow, Princess Samiat and her team plan to visit various homes for the less privileged, showing gratitude to God through acts of kindness.
Princess Samiat Bada expressed her gratitude to her friends from abroad, for organising her forthcoming birthday celebration in few days time.
According to Dr. Muritala Seriki Ishola, the Lagos State APC Youth Leader the rally was organized to express the immense support and admiration the people of Ikosi Isheri and Kosofe have for their leader, Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada. Additionally, the rally served as a joyous celebration of Princess Samiat’s 50th birthday.
Dr. Ishola emphasized the deep affection the community holds for Princess Samiat, highlighting the rally as a way to showcase their unwavering loyalty and appreciation for her leadership in the local government.
Hon. Yinka Ogunleye, the Vice Chairman of the LCDA, expressing why the Youths came out in their numbers to commemorate her 50th Birthday, including team working with her at the local Government, commending Princess Samiat for her exceptional work in the local government.
Hon. Ogunleye highlighted Princess Samiat’s outstanding performance, acknowledging her as a wonderful boss who has consistently delivered impressive results for the people of Ikosi Isheri. Her dedication and tireless efforts have earned her the respect and admiration of the community.
Yinka Fashina, also known as Infinity, a close friend of mayoress Abolanle Bada for over 35 years, she said she’s Overwhelmed with pride and honor, Yinka expressed her joy at witnessing the support of the youth during the walk, She commended her good work in Ikosi-Isheri LCDA.
Kikelomo obembe a friend to Mayoress, wished her a happy birthday in advance, “she is just too good, exceptional a good friend and very dependable friend”
