In a grand celebration marking the 50th Birthday and the beginning of the Golden Jubilee week of Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada the Mayoress of Ikosi-Isheri LCDA, Yesterday Azikiri Day took place. The purpose of Azikiri Day was to bring together Clerics to offer prayers, and also talented Islamic Singers who gathered to praise Almighty Allah for the blessings in Princess Samiat Abolanle Bada’s life.

The event featured renowned Islamic singers such as Alhaja Rukayat Gawat, Alhaja Monsurat Ojonla, Alhaja Modinat Ashabi (Barrytide), Alhaji Hassan Omo idunu, and Alhaja Khadijah Eyinju Niyas. Their melodious voices filled the air, creating an atmosphere of joy and gratitude.

Prior to the Azikiri Day celebration, Islamic clerics held a special prayer to seek the blessings of Almighty Allah and entrust all things into His hands as the birthday week commenced.
