
Agbala Otuja Youth Forum marked a significant milestone as they celebrated their first-year anniversary in a spectacular fashion on Saturday, December 16th. The event was filled with exciting activities, including a quiz competition and a football tournament, which brought together outstanding schools and players from within the Agbala community.
The quiz competition and football tournament were highly competitive, showcasing the talent and intelligence of the youth in Agbala and nearby communities. Participants displayed their skills and knowledge, vying for the top prizes and medals that awaited them.
With over 200 enthusiastic youths in attendance, the event was a true testament to the unity and camaraderie within the community. The support and participation from nearby communities further highlighted the success and impact of the Agbala Otuja Youth Forum.
The celebration was graced by esteemed dignitaries, including the the Vice Chairman of Ikorodu North LCDA, Hon. Ameen Apanishile, Proprietresses of Emlek Private School and Saodem Private School, the Chairman of the Community Development Association (CDA), Chief Olokunola the Baale of Agbala Otuja community, the Olotu of Agbala Otuja community, Chief imam Toluwalase mosque Agbala, representative of the Asiwaju igbira community in Ikorodu.
The Agbala Otuja Youth Forum executives, who have been instrumental in organizing and driving the forum’s activities, were recognized for their dedicated service. The executive team includes Comrade Omooba Adeoye Abayomi as the President, Comrade Atinuke Samuel as the Vice President, Comrade Monsurat Olusanya as the Financial Secretary, Comrade Adesanya Tobiloba as the General Secretary, and Comrade Awosanya Oluwasegun as the Public Relations Officer.
The first-year anniversary celebration of the Agbala Otuja Youth Forum was a resounding success, showcasing the talent, unity, and commitment of the youth in the community.
