Distinguished Senator Adetokunbo Mukhail Abiru, representing Lagos East Senatorial District, was present at the 2023 Isiu Eweye Day celebration in Ikorodu North LCDA. The Senator was ably represented by Dr. Saheed Ibikunle, the Special Adviser to the Senator on Constituency Matters.

During the event, Senator Tokunbo Abiru was honored with a prestigious award by the Isiu Eweye Development Association for his outstanding performance, commitment, dedication, and selfless service to the development of Isiu Kingdom and Lagos East Senatorial District.

Senator Abiru also demonstrated his unwavering support for Isiu Kingdom by making a generous donation towards the fundraising project for this year’s Isiu Eweye Day. The project aims to build a first-class palace for the Eweye of Isiu Kingdom.

In response to Senator Abiru’s impactful initiatives, Oba Olukayode David Raji, the Eweye of Isiu Kingdom, expressed heartfelt appreciation. The Eweye of Isiu Kingdom commended Senator Abiru for the massive projects he has brought to the community, including the establishment of a Health Center and many other development projects.
