Hon. (Engr.) Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, the Executive Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, attended the graduation ceremony of the first set of the Elevate STEM program. The program is a collaborative Pan Atlantic University, LASRIC (Lagos State Research and Innovation Council), and the Ibeju Lekki Local Government.
