Hon. Leye Atoyebi, a prominent member of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Surulere constituency 1, has sent birthday wishes to Hon. Agboola Dabiri, the former Commissioner for Youth and Social Development in Lagos State and current Secretary of Abuja Metropolis.
