The Speaker of the Nigeria House of Representatives, Rep. Femi Gbajabiamila has added more feathers to the cap of Ladega Ibrahim.

The speaker in his usual Magnanimity presented a little of commendation and an award of excellence to The Agboyi Prince Ibrahim Kehinde Ladega .

The speaker thanked him for his excellent performance as the special Assistant to the speaker on South west matters as this session comes to a close.

Ladega in his short speech also appreciate The honourable Speaker for giving his an opportunity to serve and promise to continue to work towards the progress of the party.

Prince Oladega the Agboyi Ketu prince delivered massive votes for the presidential and gubernatorial election, he Made sure no single unit was lost to the opposition in the last election, Agboyi island was the only two federal ward’s where the oppositions could not score beyond 150 votes while APC recorded almost 1500 votes for APC.

The prince of Agboyi kingdom will be remembered for his unrelented spirit in achieving his life time ambition which is to see his ancient kingdom connected to other part of kosofe through a motorable bridge, this he was able to be part of the success through longtime advocacy and the traditional rulerships influence at the state and federal government, the combination of the Oba of Agboyi Oba Monsuru Abimbola Adekambi Oladega the 4th Olu Agboyi and the SA to the speaker had brought more people oriented project to Agboyi kingdoms. Agboyi bridge was first proposed in 1963 during the western region before it was approved and awarded by the federal government this year. Work is currently ongoing on the project.
