Today, 20th August 20222, Ikorodu Federal Constituency Citizens erupt in cheerful Jubilations, as The Member, House of Representative, Rep. Babajimi Benson, of Ikorodu Federal Constituency did Mega Empowerment for residents of Ikorodu, at his Constituency Office, along, Ebutte Ikorodu Road.

Addressing his constituents on the purpose of the mega empowerment, Rep Babajimi Benson, said, it had become pertinent for him, to appreciate the good people of Ikorodu. For their unwavering support, trust, and loyalty through his fruitful journey at the House of Representative, Since his First-term, Second-term, and Incoming record Third-term in office.

While, He also, highlighted, Some of the Projects he had facilitated across the Six division in Ikorodu, Ranging from successful completion of 30 Federal and Inward roads, Construction of 80bed Hospital in Imota, Completion of link roads in Ikorodu west LCDA, Ikorodu central, Ikorodu North LCDA, Ijede LCDA and Igbogbo LCDA respectively, amongst other series of Empowerment visible to the Ikorodu Citizens.

In furtherance, He also, noted that by the First Quarter of 2023, A Large Athletic Stadium would be delivered to LASUTECH (Formerly Laspotech) In Ikorodu, and the Ikorodu – Sagamu road would be finally completed.

While, urging for genuine reconciliation between party faithfuls, especially, on the issue of Lagos State House of Assembly Ikorodu constituency 1 and Ikorodu constituency 2 to enable an harmonious society, for the sake of more developmental efforts to be enjoyed by the good people of Ikorodu Federal Constituency at Large.

Speaking further, He noted, that today’s mega empowerment is billed to ensure, dividends of democracy is shared, to impact the lives of it’s beneficiaries and uplift their standard of Living. While, He assured the Citizens of more Quality Representation.

Beneficiaries shower prayer on Rep Babajimi Benson, while they receive their empowerment materials which featured; 30 Mini Bus, 25 Tricycle, 9 Motorcycle, 70 Freezer, 40 Hair dryer, 30 Vulcanizing Machine, 43 Sewing Machine , 45 Generator, 2200 Solar Power with Fan, 500 Solar Power without fan.

In attendance were Traditional Rulers, Oba Kabiru Shotobi (Ayagburen of Ikorodu), Oba Adegboruwa of Igbogbo, who led other traditional rulers. Political leaders, inclusive of Member House of Representative, Eti-Osa Rep. Ibrahim Babajide Obanikoro, Prince Lanre Sanusi Member House of Representative Candidate Amuwo Odofin, Hon.
