The above quotes is what has emasculated the thoughts and actions of Hon. Busola Afolabi Ester, the Honourable Councilor, representing the good people of Ward A (Oki/Alagutan) at the current 5th legislative arm of Agbado Okeodo LCDA.

An initiative she conceived immediately she assumed office as the Ward Councilor for Ward A, Oki Alagutan axis.

The program which is targeted at mostly the Widows, Aged, the less privileged and person leaving with Disabilities (PWDs) were elated having the program running for its 2nd year after her assumption in office as the Councilor representing the Area. However, it could be recalled that the 2023 general elections is fast approaching with so many activities outlined for its actualization and for its major contender from the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, and all other APC Candidates that would per-take in the federal and State elections come next year. The gesture was aimed at reaching out to the people whom she believes are essential part of why she was representing their interest at the Council, “as we can see their is still a lot to be done, but we have started something remarkable which i hope as time advances it will become more elaborate” she added

Hon. Busola, who is also the majority leader of the house is the only female among the Seven Councilors in Agbadookeodo LCDA, she also uses that platform to canvasses for more electorates to go collect their PVCs as that is what would translate into votes ahead of the general elections.

She convey her goodwill message and appreciation to the leaders that graced the occasion, most especially some of the main actors in Agbado/Oke-Odo polity, such as Baba Bakare, Hon. Mukaila (APC party chairman in Agbadookeodo), Engr. David Oladapo Famuyiwa (Council Chairman), Mr Akinwunmi (Council’s SLG) Hon. Isaac Omorege, Hon. Shittu (APC Agbadookeodo Party Secretary) and other notable leaders of the Party.

The program has been tagged an annual event and a way of given back to its community.
