The Management of DAFCT Communications, publishers of P.M.EXPRESS Newspaper, said that their attention has been drawn to a news item on some websites linking the media outfit with a story purportedly done to dent the image of a popular entertainment and hospitality mogul, Obinna Iyiegbu a.k.a Obi Cubana.

“For the avoidance of doubt, P.M.EXPRESS is a reputable media platform ran by a group of trained and respected media personalities with decades of experience in the industry. And over the years, the platform has continued to offer unbiased and balanced reportage on all issues with a professional touch while making positive difference in the society through news dissemination, entertainment and education of readers across board,” the management stated.


“We were shocked as our attention was called to a news item on some websites linking us with a story purportedly done to dent the image of a popular entertainment and hospitality mogul. We sincerely believe that there must be a mix up somewhere.”

We equally at different times, had celebrated and highlighted the achievements of the respected entertainment and hospitality mogul in question. As Muslim faithful continue their fasting and supplications to Allah in this Holy month of Ramadan, I express my gratitude to the Lagos State House of Assembly for their decision to organise a special tawaf (circumambulation of Holy Kaabah) and prayer session for me today (Thursday) in Mecca.



I’m most honoured by this gesture purposed to be in furtherance of similar prayers seeking God’s blessings for my aspiration to lead our country from 2023.

However, while thanking Speaker Mudasiru Obasa and all members of the Lagos State House of Assembly for this important decision, I enjoin the Speaker and his colleagues to go beyond my ambition and pray for Nigeria as well.

Ward E3 Agbala was the First stop of the consultation, The leaders, Executives and the members of the ward gave a warm welcome to Bolowotan and his team.

Today’s Tafseer ended with a special prayer session for the Distinguished Senator Representing the Lagos East Federal Constituency, Senator Mukail Tokunbo Abiru, for facilitating the Rehabilitation of the Ikorodu Eid Praying Ground.

The Chairman (Hon. Taiwo Orenuga) welcomed HOA to the meeting as the aspirant of the Lagos State House of Assembly, and prayed for his victory in the forthcoming elections.


He further sued for unity amongst Party faithfuls, advising against attacks on any co-aspirants.


HOA in his opening remarks praised the leadership and sterling contributions of notable members of the executive team. He praised the woman leader,Mrs Obayomi (aka Iya Forum), The Chairman Hon. Taiwo Orenuga among others . He appealed to the leadership of the party at the LCDA for their unflinching support towards the actualization of HOA4HOA’23.



He further assured the meeting of some significant, beneficial ideas he will initiate and steps he will take when he eventually, God willing, emerge as the representative for Ikorodu constituency II in the Lagos State House of Assembly, 2023 – 2027. The initiatives and steps, HOA assures, will fastrack the growth and development of the constituency.

His presentation was graciously appreciated by the party leaders with solemn prayers and encouraging melodies.

Feedbacks were given by party elders. Alh. Adaboyan urged HOA to also consider the aged men, not only aged women. Alh. Benson welcomed HOA’s move to contest for the seat.
